Here it is almost the end of The Biggest Loser. I haven't had a chance to watch the show too much, but my sister has. She finds it inspiring.

I just found out one of my nieces is getting married in 6 weeks. I feel the need to lose some weight in a healthy way, but fast! Yikes!

Anyone want to share their best weight loss ideas for those of us no longer in the shape we once were???
