Families need room to grow, retirees need downsized, awesome housing to suit style and budget. Choose real estate wisely.
Nearly all of us will downsize our home as we grow older. It makes sense. Some people aren't bothered by stairs, or lots of space to clean and maintain, but most of us want to simplify life. We have some significant power as home buyers - the baby boomers are a large group and when we speak, building developers listen, if they're savvy.
